Cancellation policy and prepayment
Policy outside of special events and holidays:
– A prepayment of 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged to confirm it and the balance will be charged at check-in.
– If the reservation is canceled 72 hours before check-in, 50% of the deposit will be refunded, with a penalty of 25% of the reservation amount.
– In case of no-show or cancellation with less than 72 hours, the total amount of the reservation will be charged without refund.
Policy during special events (Carnival, New Year’s Eve, Rock in Rio, concerts and sporting events) and holidays:

– If the reservation is canceled 90 days before check-in, 50% of the deposit will be refunded, with a penalty of 25% of the reservation amount.
– No refund less than 90 days before check-in date.

Terms and conditions
You must present a valid ID with photo and a credit card upon check-in.
A security deposit will be required on arrival. The amount will be authorized via credit card. Your deposit will be fully released upon inspection of the accommodation.
The total amount authorized on the card can reach R$300 depending on the type of room for each room booked.
Please note that Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Importante:
– It is possible to purchase the HI card at the reception.
– We do not accept minors in dormitories, only in private rooms with their guardians.
– Residents of the city of Rio de Janeiro will not be accepted in dormitories
